Member E-Shop

Shop online and earn cash back from national merchants.

How does Member E-Shop work?
We have over 1200 merchants including national brands that are ready, willing and able to give cash back on purchases. As a result of the large volume of traffic delivered to their sites we receive rebates and special offers that can only be accessed from within the Member E-Shop.

Getting Started is Easy...
  1. Create Your Account: Creating an account takes seconds. All you need is an active email address, password and the name of the Group or Association that you are affiliated with.
  2. Locate a Merchant: There are several ways to find a merchant. The most popular method is to use the search bar.
  3. Go Shopping: Once you have found your merchant, click the blue “Shop at Merchants Website” button and you will be whisked off in a new browser window to that merchants website. By entering that merchants site from a link within Member E-Shop you will receive rewards on your purchases. It will take 4-6 days for the purchase to show up in your account as pending rewards. After 45 days passes from the time the purchase is in your account, your rewards become active and available.

  • Gift Cards at many restaurants and others including:
  • Olive Garden
  • Macaroni Grill
  • Chillis

  • Earning Rewards Each merchant is different, but earnings should post as pending in your account within 14 days. If you do not see a credit or a credit hold in your account history within 14 days, please file a Point Request Ticket located in the “My Account” section and we will investigate with the merchant. Rewards are on hold 45 days from date of purchase. This is to detour fraud and provide for cancellations of credits by the merchants.

  • How to access this feature:

    New Users:
    • Visit Member eShop.
    • You must register your account before you login. You can do so by clicking on the “Click Here” link in the upper right hand corner of the website.
    • Enter your email, create a password and choose your Group or Association from the drop-down list.
    • Click “Create Account” and start shopping!
    Returning Users:
    • Click Here to login.
    • Enter the email and password you used when you first registered.
    • Click “Login to Account” and start shopping!
